First Session for New Clients
Service Description
Your Initial Client Consultation is an important first step before beginning your Theta Code™ sessions. This time is dedicated to getting to know one another, discussing what has brought you to the clinic and giving you a clear understanding of what a Theta Code™ session involves, how we work together and what you can expect from the process. We will explore relevant aspects of your background, including your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, significant life experiences, current challenges, health history, illnesses or physical conditions & anything else that may be important for me to understand before we begin working together. We will also complete the necessary client intake, consent & clinic paperwork, discuss any questions or concerns before moving into a session. Theta Code™ is a quantum healing & reprogramming modality that works through the theta state to access the superconscious, communicate with the subconscious & rewire the conscious self. It is designed to identify & recode belief systems, energetic distortions, identity structures, synchronise the hemispheres of the brain and re-pattern DNA-level coding from within, restoring coherence across the full self. Through the Theta State Brainwave, intuitive guidance, muscle testing, chakra mapping, brain coherence and energetic clearing, multidimensional consciousness & integration breathwork & psycho-spiritual therapy: we identify the old survival codes your system has been holding onto - the beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself, protect yourself, relate to others, receive love, hold boundaries and trust your own power. This is not surface-level mindset work. It is a deeper process of working with the subconscious, superconscious, energy field, emotional body and soul-level memory to bring your whole system back into coherence. This integrative counselling and psycho-spiritual therapy session can support and assist you letting go of: -self-abandonment patterns, -people-pleasing, -emotional blocks, -mental spiral of past trauma based experiences, -relationship triggers, -low self-worth, -fear of being seen, -boundary issues, -past life contracts and karmic cords, -inherited generational conditioning and repeating cycles you are ready to break. The Theta Code™ is for those who are ready to stop living from the code that kept you safe - and begin embodying the truth your soul has been waiting for to remember. Cancellation Policy
1. Making a Booking Sessions with THE THETA CODE™ CLINIC are available via secure video platform to ensure accessibility & flexibility for all clients. Appointments can be made through our online booking system ONLY. Session availability is limited, so we encourage early bookings to secure your preferred time. 2. Session Fees & Payment * Session fees are listed on our website or provided upon enquiry. * Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made. * Receipts can be provided upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time & access to appointments: * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee. * Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in emergencies or under compassionate circumstances at the discretion of THE THETA CODE™ CLINIC. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to maintain fairness for all clients. Full session fees apply for late arrivals. Please ensure you are logged in and ready to begin your online session promptly at your booked time. 5. Rescheduling by THE THETA CODE™ CLINIC If we need to reschedule your appointment, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available session time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided for any pre-paid session. 6. Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential & managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & professional ethical guidelines. Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to administrative or booking-related matters only. 7. Crisis & Emergency Situations THE THETA CODE™ CLINIC does not provide crisis or emergency services.
